Exchanges
Should the product be damaged or defective in any way due to our negligence we will gladly replace or refund the client.
Returns or exchanges will only be done if the product is still within its original packaging and we have been notified within 2 days of the client receiving the product.
Exchanges due to our error will be done at our expense, otherwise should the error be on the client's side, the client is liable for transport charges.
The replacement will be subject to inspection of the product and the client will be notified of the outcome.
Replacements and exchanges will be done within 5 to 7 working days, and refunds for goods returned will be done within 14 working days.
Returns and exchanges will be confirmed before being dispatched via e-mail or W/App.
